    1. Limit ad tracking

Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track." This prevents apps from tracking you across other apps and websites for advertising.

    2. Review location services

Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Go through each app. Set most to "While Using" instead of "Always." Weather and Maps need location; most other apps don't.

    3. Lock down Safari privacy

Settings > Safari. Turn on "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" and "Hide IP Address." These stop advertisers from following you around the web.

    4. Use Sign in with Apple

When apps offer social login options, choose "Sign in with Apple." It creates a unique random email address, protecting your real email from spam and data brokers.

    5. Check app permissions regularly

Settings > Privacy & Security shows which apps have access to your camera, microphone, contacts, and photos. Revoke access for apps that don't need it.
