    Copy, Cut, and Paste

    Ctrl+C (Windows) or Cmd+C (Mac) copies selected text or files. Ctrl+X / Cmd+X cuts (moves) them. Ctrl+V / Cmd+V pastes. These three shortcuts alone save more time than any others. They work everywhere: documents, emails, web browsers, file managers.

    Undo and Redo

    Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z undoes your last action — like a magic "go back" button. Made a typo? Ctrl+Z. Accidentally deleted text? Ctrl+Z. Want to redo what you just undid? Ctrl+Y (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Z (Mac).

    Ctrl+A / Cmd+A selects everything — all text in a document, all files in a folder, all items on a page. Great for when you need to copy an entire document or select all photos in a folder.

    Find text on any page

    Ctrl+F / Cmd+F opens a search box on any web page, document, or email. Type a word and it highlights every instance on the page. Essential for finding information in long documents or web pages.

    Save, Print, and close tabs

    Ctrl+S / Cmd+S saves your document. Ctrl+P / Cmd+P opens the print dialog. Ctrl+W / Cmd+W closes the current browser tab or document. Ctrl+T / Cmd+T opens a new browser tab. Ctrl+Tab switches between open tabs.
