    Sites like Spokeo, WhitePages, and BeenVerified sell your personal information. Visit each and opt out. Or use a service like DeleteMe ($129/year) that does it for you continuously.

    Review connected apps

    Google: myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps. Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Sign-In & Security > Apps Using Apple ID. Remove apps you no longer use from accessing your accounts.

    Search your full name in quotes. See what appears publicly. Request removal of personal information from Google: support.google.com/websearch > Remove information. Review and clean up old social media posts.
