    Search for yourself on Spokeo (spokeo.com), WhitePages (whitepages.com), and BeenVerified (beenverified.com). These sites aggregate your public records, addresses, phone numbers, and relatives.

    Every social media post, online review, forum comment, and photo you have ever shared contributes to your digital footprint. Even "deleted" content can persist in caches and archives.

    Remove yourself from data brokers
