    4. Come back — see what every app accessed.

    App Tracking Transparency

    1. Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
    2. "Allow Apps to Request to Track" — turn OFF.
    3. Apps can't track you across other apps + websites.
    4. Saves about 70-80% of cross-app tracking.
    5. Best Apple privacy feature.

    Mail Privacy Protection

    1. Settings → Mail → Privacy Protection.
    2. "Protect Mail Activity" — turn ON.
    3. Hides your IP from email senders.
    4. Stops "we see you opened our email" tracking.

    Per-app permissions

    1. Settings → Privacy & Security.
    2. Tap each: Location Services, Camera, Microphone, Photos, etc.
    3. Review every app.
    4. Location: "While Using" or "Never" for most apps.
    5. Camera/mic: only ones you actively use them in.
    6. Photos: "Limited Access" instead of "All Photos" for most apps.

    Apple cares more than Google
