    5 simple daily exercises

    1. Heel-toe walk — 20 steps, like a tightrope. Hold counter for support.
    2. Single-leg stand — 10 sec each leg. Build to 30 sec.
    3. Sit-to-stand — 10 reps from chair without using hands.
    4. Heel raises — 15 reps, holding counter.
    5. Side leg raises — 10 reps each side.

    Do all 5 = 10 minutes. Daily. Within 4 weeks, balance noticeably improves.

    If you've fallen recently, ask doctor for a physical therapy referral. Medicare covers it. Therapist designs a program for YOUR balance issues. Way more effective than apps for the first few weeks. Then maintain with apps.
