    No computer needed.

    iPhone — AirPrint

    1. Make sure printer is AirPrint compatible (most modern printers are).
    2. Phone + printer on SAME WiFi.
    3. Open photo, document, email, web page.
    4. Tap Share button (square with up arrow).
    5. Scroll → tap "Print".
    6. Pick printer + number of copies.
    7. Tap Print.

    Android — Cloud Print + apps

    1. Most printers have own app: HP Smart, Canon Print, Epson iPrint, Brother iPrint.
    2. Download printer app.
    3. Connect phone + printer to same WiFi.
    4. Open document → Share → printer app.
    5. Settings → Connected devices → Connect printer (newer Android).

    No printer? Use these

    • Staples / Office Depot / FedEx — submit online + pick up.
    • Local library — many print free or 10-25 cents/page.
    • Costco Photo Center — best for large quantity.
    • Walgreens / CVS / Walmart — photo prints same-day.
    • UPS Store — premium, reliable.

    Senior printer recommendations

    • HP DeskJet 4255e ($100) — cheap, includes 6 months HP+ ink.
    • Brother HL-L2350DW ($150) — laser. Cheap toner. Best for documents only.
    • HP Tango — small, all-wireless.
    • Epson EcoTank — refillable ink (no cartridges). Best for high-volume.
    • SKIP cheap printers under $50 — ink costs more than printer.

    HP Instant Ink + Brother Refresh — printer auto-orders ink before you run out. $1-12/mo. Saves dashing to store. Best for seniors who print regularly. Cancel anytime.
