Capture what's on your screen.
iPhone
- Face ID iPhones (no home button) — press Side button + Volume Up at the same time. Quick press, release.
- Home button iPhones — press Home button + Side/top button at the same time.
- You'll hear shutter sound. Thumbnail appears bottom-left.
- Tap thumbnail to mark up. Or wait — auto-saves to Photos.
- Find later in Photos → Albums → Screenshots.
Why screenshots help
When something goes wrong on screen, take a screenshot. Send to family or tech support. They can see exactly what you see — way easier than describing it. Saves hours of "what does it say now?" back-and-forth.
