    Create an account with your pharmacy

    Go to your pharmacy's website (cvs.com, walgreens.com, etc.) or download their app. Create an account with your name, date of birth, insurance information, and address. Your prescription history and insurance will be linked to your account.

    Transfer or add a prescription

    To transfer a prescription from another pharmacy, enter the current pharmacy's name and your prescription number in the transfer section. To add a new prescription, your doctor can send it electronically to your chosen pharmacy, or you can bring in a paper prescription.
