    How to Book an Apple Genius Bar Appointment

    If your iPhone, iPad, or Mac needs help, the Apple Genius Bar offers free in-person technical support at Apple Stores. Here's how to schedule a visit.

    Go to the Apple Support website or open the Apple Support app

    On your iPhone or computer, visit support.apple.com or open the Apple Support app (available free from the App Store). Sign in with your Apple ID. If you don't have one, tap "Create Apple ID" and follow the steps.

    Select your device and issue

    Pick a date and time

    A calendar shows available appointment slots at that location. Tap a date, then choose a time. Confirm your appointment — you'll get an email and a reminder from the Apple Support app.

    Prepare for your visit

    Before you go: charge your device to at least 50%, write down your Apple ID password (you may need it), and bring your device's original charger if the issue is power-related. Arrive a few minutes early to check in at the store's front.
