    Use Storage Sense

    Run Disk Cleanup

    Search "Disk Cleanup" → select your drive → check all boxes including "Clean up system files."

    Remove old Windows updates

    In Disk Cleanup, check "Windows Update Cleanup" to remove old update files (can save GBs).

    This is often the single biggest space saver. Old update files can use several gigabytes without you realising.

    Find large files

    Open SettingsSystemStorage → click your drive to see what's using space. Look for large folders.

    Clear browser cache

    In Edge or Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+Del to clear browsing data, cache, and cookies.

    Warning

    Clearing cookies will log you out of websites. Make sure you know your passwords before clearing browsing data.
