    Create a free Linktree account

    ~27s
Go to linktr.ee and click "Get Started For Free." Enter your first name, a username (this becomes your link address, like linktr.ee/yourname), email, and password. Choose the free plan when prompted. Your username cannot be changed easily later, so think about what you want your public link address to be before typing it.

    Quick Tip

Quick Tip: Use your name, business name, or something easy to type and remember as your username. Avoid numbers, special characters, or long strings of words that are hard to spell.

    2

    Add your first links

    ~20s
After creating your account, you'll be taken to your Linktree dashboard. Click "Add New Link" to add your first button. Enter the button title — what you want the button to say, like "My Instagram" or "Visit My Website" — and paste the full web address for that link. Repeat this for each profile or website you want to include.
    3

    Rearrange and customize your links

    ~18s
In your dashboard, drag links up or down to reorder them. Put the most important links at the top since those get the most clicks. Toggle the switch next to any link to temporarily hide it without deleting it — useful if you have a seasonal link you want to bring back later.
    4

Choose a look for your page

    ~17s
Click the "Appearance" tab in your dashboard. Choose a background color, theme, or upload your own profile photo. Pick a button style that feels right for your personality or brand. Preview how your page looks using the phone mockup shown on the right side of the screen.
    5

Copy your Linktree link and add it to your profiles

    ~35s
Your unique Linktree link (linktr.ee/yourname) is shown at the top of your dashboard. Copy this link. Go to each of your social media profiles — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or wherever you want — and paste this link into your profile's website or bio field. Now anyone who clicks that link in your bio will land on your Linktree page with all your content.

    Quick Tip

Quick Tip: Check your Linktree analytics after a week to see which links are being clicked most. This tells you which of your profiles or content your audience is most interested in, which can inform what you focus on going forward.

Linktree is a free tool that solves a common problem for anyone with a presence on social media: most platforms only allow one clickable link in your profile. If you have a Facebook page, an Instagram account, a YouTube channel, and a personal website, you can only put one of those links in your Instagram bio.

Linktree lets you create a single page — at an address like linktr.ee/yourname — that contains buttons linking to all of your profiles, websites, or any other content. You put your Linktree link in your Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter bio, and anyone who clicks it sees your full collection of links in a clean, organized page.

The free version of Linktree includes unlimited links, basic analytics showing how many times each link has been clicked, and a selection of free design themes. The paid plan (around $5 to $9 per month) adds more customization options, priority analytics, and the ability to remove Linktree branding.

Linktree is used by influencers, small businesses, artists, nonprofit organizations, coaches, authors, and anyone who wants to make it easy for people to find all their online content from one place. Setting up a Linktree page takes about 10 minutes.

You don't need a website or technical knowledge to use Linktree. The setup is done through your browser and requires no code, no design tools, and no special skills. Once set up, your Linktree page works on any device and you can update your links at any time.

Linktree also supports embedding a contact form, email newsletter sign-up buttons, tip jar links, and payment links — making it useful for creators who want to offer multiple ways for their audience to connect or support them.
