Accessibility Features Built into macOS

Your Mac has powerful free accessibility tools ready to use.

1.Find Accessibility settings
2.Make text bigger

Find Accessibility settings

System Settings > Accessibility. Or press Option + Command + F5 for Accessibility Shortcuts.

Make text bigger

System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Text Size. In browsers, press Command + Plus to zoom.

Use Zoom

System Settings > Accessibility > Zoom. Use Option + Command + = to zoom in, Option + Command + - to zoom out.

VoiceOver

Press Command + F5 to toggle VoiceOver. It reads screen content aloud and supports full keyboard navigation.

Dictation

Press Fn key twice to start dictating. Speak naturally, say punctuation out loud.
