    How to Print from Your Phone, Tablet, or Computer

    Connect to printers wirelessly and print documents, photos, and web pages from any device.

    Print from iPhone/iPad

    Open the document, photo, or webpage. Tap the Share icon (box with arrow) > Print. Your iPhone automatically finds AirPrint printers on your Wi-Fi network. Select the printer and tap Print.

    Print from Android

    Open the document or photo. Tap the three-dot menu > Print (or Share > Print). Android finds printers on your network. If your printer isn't found, download its manufacturer's app.

    Print from Windows

    Press Ctrl+P in most programs to open the print dialog. Select your printer, choose number of copies and pages, then click Print. For first-time setup: Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers.

    Print from Mac

    Press ⌘+P to print from any app. Your Mac usually finds printers automatically. If not: System Settings > Printers & Scanners > Add Printer.

    Connect a wireless printer

    ~15s
    Most modern printers connect via Wi-Fi. During initial setup, use the printer's screen to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Once connected, all devices on your network can print to it.

    Troubleshooting

    Printer not found? Make sure it's on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. Restart the printer and your device. Check for paper jams and ink levels. Reinstall the printer driver if needed.
