    How to Track a Package from Any Carrier

    Find out exactly where your package is, whether it shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or Amazon.

    Find your tracking number

    Check the shipping confirmation email you received from the store. The tracking number is usually a long combination of letters and numbers — for example, "1Z999AA10123456784" for UPS or a 22-digit number for USPS.

    Track UPS packages

    Go to ups.com, click "Track" at the top, and enter your tracking number. You can also text your tracking number to 69877 to get updates by text message.

    Track FedEx packages

    Go to fedex.com and click "Track" at the top. Enter your tracking number to see the current location and estimated delivery date. You can sign up for email or text notifications.

    Track USPS packages

    Go to tools.usps.com and enter your tracking number. You can also sign up for USPS Informed Delivery at informeddelivery.usps.com to see photos of incoming mail and packages each morning before they arrive.

    Track Amazon packages

    Log into amazon.com and go to "Returns and Orders" in the top right corner. Find your order and click "Track Package" to see the current status, including a map view when the driver is nearby.
