Headspace is a meditation app built around a free 10-day beginner course called Basics. The sessions are only 10 minutes each and taught by a former monk named Andy Puddicombe who explains everything in plain language.
After the free trial, Headspace costs $13 a month or $70 a year. Many people find that 10 minutes a day for a couple of weeks genuinely helps with stress and sleep.
