    Create and organize notes

    Open the Notes app (yellow icon with white notepad). **Create a note:** 1. Tap the compose button (pencil icon) in the bottom-right corner 2. Type a title on the first line 3. Type your content below — it saves automatically **Create folders:** 1. Go to the main Notes screen 2. Tap "New Folder" at the bottom-left 3. Name it (e.g., "Medical," "Recipes," "Shopping") 4.     Make checklists and scan documents

Tap the circle to check items off — they move to the bottom **Scan documents:** 1. Open a note and tap the camera icon 2. Tap "Scan Documents" 3. Hold your phone over the document — it auto-detects and captures 4. Scan multiple pages, then tap "Save" This is great for keeping digital copies of insurance cards, receipts, and important letters.

    Scan your insurance cards and Medicare card into a locked note. You will always have them handy.

    Lock sensitive notes and share with family

    **Lock a note:** 1. Open the note 2. Tap the three dots (...) in the top-right 3. Tap "Lock" 4. Set a password or use Face ID/Touch ID **Share a note:** 1. Open the note and tap the share icon (box with arrow) 2. Tap "Collaborate" 3. Choose how to send the invitation (Messages, Mail, etc.) 4. The other person can view and edit in real-time Shared grocery lists are very popular — both you and your spouse can add items, and the list updates instantly on both phones.
