Download the Costco app

Search "Costco" in the App Store or Google Play. Download the free app. Sign in with your Costco.com account, or create one using your membership number and email.

Set up your digital membership card

Tap the menu icon (three lines) → Membership Card. Your card number and barcode appear on screen. At the warehouse entrance, just show this screen.

Browse and shop online

Tap the search bar and search for items. You can shop Costco's full online catalog, including items not carried in your local warehouse. Choose delivery to home or pickup.

Costco's return policy is exceptional — most items can be returned at any time for a full refund. Keep digital receipts in the app.

Check the weekly Hot Buys

Tap "Hot Buys" on the home screen to see the current week's discounts. These rotate regularly. If you are planning a warehouse visit, check Hot Buys first to catch deals.

Find Costco gas prices before filling up

Tap the store finder icon and select your nearest Costco. The current gas price is shown on the warehouse detail page. Costco gas is typically $0.10 to $0.25 cheaper per gallon than nearby stations.
