Sign up for Target Circle

Download the Target app from the App Store or Google Play, or go to Target.com. Tap "Account" and create a Target.com account. Target Circle enrollment is automatic — just create an account.

Add your birthday for a discount

In the app, tap your account icon → "Profile" → add your birthday. You will receive a 5% off coupon for an entire week around your birthday automatically.

Activate Circle deals before shopping

Open the Target app and tap "Circle" at the bottom. Browse available deals and tap "Activate" on the ones you want. Activated deals apply automatically at checkout.

Use your phone number at checkout

At the store register, when asked "Do you have a Circle account?" give your phone number or scan the Target app barcode. This links the purchase to your account to earn back 1%.
