Most offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount. Download the app for whichever service has your preferred local store.

Create your account and add your address

Open the app and sign up with your email or phone number. Enter your delivery address — the app will show which stores are available in your area. Add a payment method (credit card, debit card, or digital wallet). Some apps like Instacart also accept EBT/SNAP for eligible items.

Browse and add items to your cart

Track your delivery

If an item is out of stock, your shopper may message you through the app to suggest a replacement. You can approve, choose a different substitute, or skip the item.
