    How to Set Up Email in Windows Mail

    Add your email accounts to the built-in Windows Mail app for easy access.

    Open the Mail app

    Search for "Mail" in the Start menu and open the built-in Windows Mail application.

    Add an account

    Click "Add Account" and choose your email provider (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, or Other).

    Sign in

    Enter your email address and password. For Gmail, you'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page.

    If using Gmail, you may need to enable "Less secure app access" or use an app-specific password if you have two-factor authentication enabled.
