How to Use Split View on Mac

Work with two apps side by side in full screen for focused multitasking.

At a Glance

Hover over the green button (top-left of a window) → choose "Tile Window to Left/Right of Screen."

On the other half of the screen, click the second app you want to use alongside.

Drag the divider bar between the two apps left or right to resize them.

Move the cursor to the top to reveal the menu bar, then click the green button on either window.
