    How to Print a Document on Windows

    Learn to print documents, photos, and web pages from your Windows PC.

    Open the print dialog

    In any application, press Ctrl+P to open the print dialog. You can also go to FilePrint.

    Select your printer

    Choose your printer from the dropdown list. Make sure it's turned on and connected.

    Adjust settings

    Set the number of copies, page range, orientation (portrait/landscape), and paper size.

    Preview before printing

    Use the print preview to check how your document will look before using paper and ink.

    Click Print

    Once everything looks right, click Print. Your document will be sent to the printer queue.
